Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the reservation date will incur $100 Administration Fee.
Between 8 & 30 days 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations less than 8 days will be charged the full amount.
For all peak periods ie: East Coast Blues Festival, Splendour in the Grass, Christmas/New Year and Weddings, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
